Default Rogue Unit 2nd Bow Season Info Needed.

Rogue unit opens on Nov. 5th
I want to hunt it on the opening.
I've haven't been down that part of the State since I was a kid. I'll be spending alot of time trying to get a handle on the area.
I was hoping for a little help.
Questions;
#1: I don't have 4 wheel drive, should I expect much snow in Early November? I assume I'll lose some higher elavation access.
#2. Will any of the campgrounds above Prospect be open that late in the season.
#3. Anyone Familar with the area recamend a Map they like?
Or I'll use a Metsker of Jackson county.
#4. Anyone want to give me any info bout a general area to hunt, at this time of year?
#5. Anyhting you think relavent.

Thanks, alot guys. Unless I get out and do a little recon
I'm gonna be chasing my tail, but at least I'll be able to see some new land for me. Thats a big part of the hunt for me. The new land I see, & time in the woods.

I would recommend the Butte Falls area at lower elevations that time of year. I've found a lot of nice bucks in the area of Rancheria road. There are lots of spur roads to get out on and plenty of area to hike from there. Another good late season area is off Cobleigh road. Same story as Rancheria, get out and hike and you should find some deer. I killed my personal best on the last day of rifle season off Rancheria, a 3 X 5 with a 26" outside spread.
