lure making kits

ever scence my earing lure i've been iterested in lure making. So my question is who makes the best lure making kit?

I'd go through the tech tips section and find some lures and techniques that I wanted to try, like jigs, and then I'd go get the individual components and parts I need to make some up. I'd rather control the quality of my finished product than trust in a kit, personally.
