Where did the deer go?

Well, after extensive scouting so far this fall, I have noticed that the bucks have left the country.
Not sure, but it seems like I have seen more Archers this year than ever before. They are everywhere. Not against archery at all, as I too am an archer.
But you centerfire guys might need to look really hard this year, as they are definitely already really spooked. Should there be a longer break between the end of archery season and the beginning of gun season? I think so.

I agree. I have noticed the deer have gotten really spooky in the last couple of weeks compared to the begining of bow season.
