It was a good story about Bob Toman's underwater video cameras. Makes me want to go out and buy one of his videos, but then I think I'll wait for the new one that he is producing.

Holy Moly...that was a very cool segment

loved the shot of the salmon inhaling(engulfing) those eggs behind the spin-glo..several Chomp chomps before committing to the bait and the head turn!!

Sturgeon1 there are more videos to follow in the next month or two. There is so much film to look over it is taking some time putting it all together. You should start seeing them here shortly. I will make a post when the new video is available. The crabbing is in the first video. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I purchased the DVD about 6 weeks ago at Fishermans, I have watched over and over. I have let friends take it and watch it too......they say the thing same as I think......it is amazing how many "looks" your gear gets before a biter comes along

and takes your offering. It is indeed very cool footage and fun to watch

I have seen a similar video before... it was an older (almost black and white) one, showing guides trolling spoons and herring in the ocean..... Same thing was happening.... fish kept missing the bait and coming back... one of them missed 13 times before it took the spoon

I got that video from the Beaverton Library so go check it out too
