Kansas creek roads condition varies from year to year. For the most part it is in great shape. I have seen cars up there before (not something I would reccomend though). Any capable vehicle will get you over it once the snow melts. I would imagine there is a foot of snow on top right now, so be carefull if you are planning on traveling it anytime soon.
