Default Crabbing-Cleaning house!! PICS

Myself and catchnrelease each took one of are kids out for a great day of crabbing in yaquina bay today. We used tuna, shad, bighorn sheep, chicken, turkey and salmon as are bait.We ended up with 46 dungs,2 big rock and 2 kids strung out on candy and soda :grin:90% of the crab were full,50% of the crab we caught were monsters. Also ran into a lurker who caught a 33# nookie up the bay by 31??He wanted everybody to know

Me,Being a real meathead threw this seal a whole shad, then 2,then 3.He followed us around the bay for a half hour.To get rid of him we drove over by some other people pulling a pot and he left us for them We were calling it a "drive by" In the pic he's only 3' from the boat.

To all the guys who were trying to get me some tuna carks,a boat was cleaning a ton of tuna this morning when we got to newport,so i grabbed 15 whole carks Nov crab trip here i come

Sandman, Thanks a lot! The boy had a great time, but it is for fish next time! And when fishing, you may NOT feed the sea lions!! BTW, that area by the gas tank looked like the hot spot for fishin. That may be #31 the lurker was takin about!!

Nice crabs, to bad you wasted some awsome Big Horn meat on crabs though. I would have happily traded Shad, Salmon or Steelhead carcas's for some bighorn meat. The Big Horn I got was fantastic. Not to start anything but is it ok to use game meat for crab bait? Just wondered. You got some cracken to do now.

BigHorn Meat? Sandman, I don't think you can call that milk crusted Lamb a BigHorn. That thing didn't weight 45lbs. Would of been a good score for a mountain goat! You better stick to all the dumpster diving that you have done in the past for bait. Hey, once you get in the dumpster; how do you get out??? By the way; thanks for fixing my toilet. YOU DA MAN

Nice crabs you caught!

The seal looks more like a walrus hiding it's tusks waiting to pounce to me
