Anyone going to Regent N.D. oct 11

Just wandering if if anyone was going/driving to Regent N.D. opening Pheasant Weekend? second weekend in Oct.
I'd like to get my dog over there, swore I'd never fly him again after several years ago he got sick and defiled the Planes cargo hold.
The poor little guy was the 1'ST off the plane though, explosive type ya know. I'd pay, trade, anything.
They say the bird population is double last years record hatch.
