Prime time Duck and Goose land for sale
I have waited for this day for almost a year. I can tell you that I would like to run a hunting club on this property including Pheasant, Chukar and Quail. It is currently in corn about 400 acres, the remaining three hundred is wetlands with 3 stainless steel pit blinds and 5 floating blinds. It has rental property and the potential for home sites. It is located in Grays Harbor County, Washington, and has the ability to flood about 80 acres for some incredible early Duck Gunning especially when the first storm hits and pushes all the ducks off of Grays Harbor...this is basically the first water they see! Now for the hard part, the asking price is basically 1.5 million so I am looking for serious investors only.
