Default Lazer range finders?

Which one should a guy buy and what features are and are not important to have. I'm not sure I need one but maybe I'm becoming a closet techno geek?

as llabwolg said, go to e-bay, go to sports, go to hunting, go to optics, go to range finders, but first register so you can bid. That's what I did, I bid on a bushnell yardage pro 800, and paid half of a new one, two other buddies did the same. we're all quite happy with our finders.

I agree with supporting those that support something you support (Ifish for example).

See this supporting post:

Unless the price is a huge difference, I'd support the Nikon.

supportingly, RSL

I bought the Nikon camo Laser800 last year. Nothing but good things to say about it.
My most important features...
1 waterproof
2 lightweight/compact
3 covers beyond your normal shooting range so you can track quarry into range
4 easy to use with gloves
5 magnification/coated optics/reticle size
6 auto off feature
