Just got back today 9/12 from Tillamook. We didn't fish the bay but several boats did. The fishing was sloooooooow. In fact we didn't see any nets at all. The fish checker said he counted 10 fish for the day. 4 were caught inside and 6 outside. There were a fair amount of boats there for that few caught. However the lady at the marina had said they were doing pretty well lately. Maybe just today sucked?
Fished the ocean a week ago Friday and Monday (labor day). Friday caught two small nooks over six hours, turned loose a few large coho. We were the first fish checked in that day.
Nothing Monday. Glad to hear a few caught after the rain.
