I knew that the offices were moving but didn't think that website would be down too?

Very frustrating when you use the online PDFs as a reference! I think that there is a hard copy of the regs around here somewhere....

Anyone know when it will be back up or when the High Cascades Blacktail Season with rifle is off hand?
