it hasn't been very good out there. I have heard of two good days and I was lucky enough to be apart of them. I have not caught a fish since last friday. I have gone four times.

We fished out of Chinook Landing today. There were about 20 boats in our area, with 8 fish on, 6 landed, and that was ALL day. We had one huge take down, but it did not stick. That was our only chance for 3 rods. We fished 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

With 24000 Chinook, 3000 steelhead and 3000 Coho going through a day, you would think the fishing would be better than that.

Wish I had a better report.

Had fresh bbq chinook for dinner last night. Will be putting the rest in the smoker this a.m. We were 2 for 3 thursday at chinook landing. We ate bananas and draped the peels on the rods as strike indicators. There are fish to be caught

Its been spotty all week for us. One day we limit and the next a take down or two. Usually at this time were killing em. Hearing similar reports up and down the river.
