Default Mainstem above Bonneville??

Hey There, any of you have any insight or experience on fishing for Salmon below The Dalles Dam?? It seems with all the fish moving below the Dam would be a good bet, yet I see no one fishing, just the clusters at the river mouths....any ideas why I shouldnt waste my time there.. Cause I am headed that way..I am tired of all the snaggers plugging up the obvious spots. Anybody???

I cant see why you cant target Chinook below the Dalles. I would back troll a Jumbo Diver and a k-15 with a Sardine wrap from the deadline down to the islands. It works other places with similar structure and current, why not there?

Let me know how you do, I would be interested in the results....
