We headed out late thurs eve got the new tent trailer set fine and hit the hay so that we can have an early rise for what i was told some good fishing. Ive had this spot reserved for some time and was told by the reservationist what a great lake front view we would have. Well woke up and to my surprise this is what we found. It is imediatly obvious that Clear lake is now clear gone !!!! What a bummer , It was early so i jumped in the truck praying by some sort of luck i could find a first come spot at timothy , IT didnt look so good when i go there till i met a nice camp host for gone creek cg who took the time to drive around and manage to find the only spot on the lake available , the occupants were packing up and the spot was ours and by luck we got that lake view after all and some fishing to enjoy . The fishing was slow but at least we got the chance and my guest who had purchased non residential 7 day liesences didnt go to waste. Thank you Darlene from gone creek CG at timothy lake. :smile:
