No Retrieving Allowed!

My youngest Lab Josie is pretty firm about the rules regarding others retrieving in her living room! Here she is letting a Yellow Lab on one of the Super Retriever shows on ESPN2 know how she feels about things. [img]graemlins/icon_argue.gif[/img]

no- he just chews on bumpers of strange cars i nthe driveway and dreams about having the UPS guy or PGE guy come over for lunch! :shocked: :grin:

Nick's favorite show is Ducks Unlimited. He will watch anything with birds and dogs, especially ducks or geese.

When a bird hits the water he tends to whine a little since he has already investigated all sides of the TV and knows he can't make the retrieve.

The heads come up anytime there is a waterfowl call being used. But it seems they really like the Turkey calls too!

Whenever those shows come on and my dog hears the calls his ears perk up a bit and starts looking towards the ceiling. So one time I turned on the surround sound really high and the gunshot sounded like we were right there. He wouldn't stop looking throughout the house for the bird that fell from the bigscreen for two hours. Needless to say I didn't do that again.
