Any Ocean reports on Coho ?

Im Headin down to hammond tomarrow morning looks like the Ocean might be fishable and friday even better. Was wondering if the Coho were stacking up any closer than they were last week...really dont want to travel 10 miles south with gas prices the way they are. thanks for any help! My mule wans to pack some fish! Dave

We fish hammond today and from what I have heard is that you can pickup Coho now at the CR and closer.

In the river is not bad

3 for 12 today 2 nooks and 1 Coho in the box. Needless to say the others are on the way to Bonnie. 3 line breaks 40lbs broke at hook 3 to the boat and spit hooks just out of nets reach 3 lost.

Hey thanks for the report,,I'm workin all night buddy will drive down so I can sleep ( ya right) with a fishin fever!...I like the idea of fishin close$$$.. what was the rig of choice, cut plug, spinner? 40 lb line breaks..man that even breaks your heart!

We found some great bites just west of the CR in 270-280' on Sunday. Unfortunately we had to quit early and head in to hit the road home so we only had half our limit. But if we'd landed all our doubles we would have had a full boat!

We trolled about a mile west and down to about 8 miles south of the CR last weekend, limited on Saturday, 2 in the box on Sunday.
