Nope...I'm against it.
In Oregon the wildlife belong to the people...and Oregonians want hunting tags distributed "fairly". Our tradition is that Joe Sixpack

should be able to hunt, too, and wealthy individuals shouldn't be able to buy a tag (I know, ODFW has tag auctions...which do sell tags to the highest bidder...and tag raffles with "cheap" tickets (but no limit on the number of tickets for one person)). But this amounts to relatively few tags and doesn't take away tags from the general tag lottery.
Even if the commission approved your idea (a long shot, probably), the legislature would need to authorize it...and there'd be a fight, for sure.
By the way, there hasn't been an Oregon Game Commission, lame or otherwise, since about 1975...its now the Oregon Fish & Wildlife Comm.
