Don't know specifically but the State Marine Board has a boolket on all the rivers available.

I do not believe there is any law against it. I dont know if you have ever fished it, but its mostly shallow bed rock chutes and flats.

I would suspect that you would spend more time changing shear pins then fishing.

I would also imagine you would catch a lot of flack from guys on the oars if you held for very long in a good stretch of water with a kicker.

Thanks for the replies. I'd just be using my electric motor in choice spots. I wouldn't be using it over boulder alley or anything like that. Just in slots I knew well.

Default Motor's on upper siuslaw

I know motor's are used in tide water. What about above tide water? Can you use kicker motors or electric motor's? Does anyone know the law on this? And if so how far up? I want to try my electric motor for back bouncing and running plugs on the upper siuslaw. Thanks
