Default Urban Bucks

I ride the max train 5 days a week from Hillsboro to Portland, graveyard shift. You wouldn't believe some of the monster bucks I see riding the train back to Hillsboro. Some of these bucks are true trophy's. Big thick wide racks. There's one buck ive been seing the last few years that is a perfect 5x5. I have been seing him lately in his new velvet head dress at least I think it's him. Most of the deer I see are behind GI Joes in Hillsboro and down by the golf course. I'll try to get my hands on a digital camera and get a picture of one of these monster buck's. I also see some nice buck's along dairy creek by the Winco in Hillsboro. Anyone else seing these urban monster buck's around.

No monster bucks, but I work near NIKE in Beaverton and have seen deer on our campus. Also quite a few near ST Marys on TV HWY.

each year I have a couple nice bucks 3x3 and 4x the wetland I butt up to, we have as many as 10+ deer thoughout the year. However the only big buck I have seen lives down the road a bit further, he hasn't shown his head in my area yet. I suspect many more are around.

I have a few pic.'s of two HUGE blacktail that my father-in-law took in Ashland, OR. They lived most of the summer under an I-5 over pass. Just layed there in the shade all day and came out to feed by the highway each night. He hasn't seen them since they left, so he's not sure what ever happened to them.

I used to ride the MAX in from beaverton starting at the station just out West of Murry. The station is on the opposite side of the woods from Nike.

I saw deer several time out in that big field. There are no tresspassing signs all over the woods.

I have seen a huge blacktail last year several times when he was still in velvet last year near persimmon country club in gresham over five points on both sides and looks pretty semitrical it looks like a mule deer its so big. one other little four point lives in the same area. about 1.5 miles up the road ive seen two twin four bys hangin out all the time once they are out of velvet there gone. these deer live on undeveloped lots of a few acres but they are literally surrounded by houses.
