I had a job in Redmond today. On my way back, I stopped at Warm Springs along the highway to fish for a couple hours. I parked, suited up, grabbed my gear and headed down to the water. While stringing my rod, I was watching to see what was happening, if anything. No surface activity at all, but there were some caddis coming off. So I decided to play chuck-n-duck.
Here's the damage: one 18", 3 12" to the net and one that I got to see jump once - ALL of 20" - crackered, but I got to hear the song of the Cimmaron (love that sound). Hooked several others and landed three white fish. I had the bank all to myself. Great company

and great two hours fishing.
Copper John and flashback PTs were the ticket.
There ya have it.
