Montana here we come. We drew our Deer and Elk tags, got them in the mail yesterday. Now we just have to wait till the end of Oct. I am itiching for hunting season now. OK I was before this also. Deer in Oregon then Deer and Elk in Montana then back home in mid Nov. For elk here at home. I guess I will have to go back out and catch a few more springers to keep myself occupied for now. :smile:

Marlinmark, We are heading over for the opener on Oct 26th and will be ther for 10 days. Really looking forward to it since I have never hunted naywhere but Oregon. The guys I am going with drew for over there two years agao nad saw animals everyday. Only drawback is that the area we plan on hunting is Whitetail only for deer unless you draw an Special Mulie Tag and the odds for that are real bad. But a great elk unit and that is what I am more interested in anyway. Good luck on your hunt.
