License & Tag Deadlines?

I live in Oregon, but am out of state right now, but when do the deadlines for eastern deer tags, elk tags, etc. happen? Isn't it sometime in spring or early summer? Also, do you have to draw for tags for bow or muzzle loader seasons? I haven't hunted for the past 3 years and have forgotten, but want to get back at it. Thanks for your input! I can't wait either!!! :grin:
