I posted some info about Nature of the Northwest yesterday in response to a question. Here's some more info on hunting success/pressure for several NW states.
Notice some of the highest success rates are in areas with very little public property so reference your regs. to find a huntable area.
So let's see, spread all over the kitchen table.

Nice maps on that link, FYI that data is from 2000 just so you know im sure the stats dont change to drastically though to still get a good idea of whats happening where
