Default Proper handling of Sport caught fish. FYI

Here is a link to the Oregon state university extension office's recommendation on how to handle your fish. Not sure if it's "scientific" enough for some but it gives good reasons for why you should take their advice. Enjoy.

Fish Handling- right click and choose save.

Yes Megabites I did. Hope it didn't sound derogatory (sp?) because I didn't mean it that way. To be honest I have never done anything special with my salmon before but I will try this method.

It does make a noticable differance especialy if you like to eat the bellies.
