Default Fiberglass boat repair? help

I have a 21 ft. flat bottom, fiberglass dive boat. The type used by PADI & dive crews for training etc. I will be using this boat as a converted party barge/ lake fishing craft. So, showroom detail is NOT important. It has a few small holes in the fiberglass hull and wear damage from rubbing docks. What it needs is a wash, minor fiberglass repair (patch) and a paint job/coat. Unfortunately, I don't have a couple hours everynight to do the repair myself. Does anyone know of a decent, quality person/shop whom can do this job???

please call/email

thx,
AP

Am not sure where your located at, but in Warrenton, Oregon. There is a place called Warrenton Boat yard, its owned by a family, the Salmi Brothers. These are very good people and will not try to rip you off and they do quality work. The is just my 2 cents.

Duly noted you want to send it out, but as a fiberglass rookie just getting my feet wet (and epoxy on my hands), I can tell you I just set out on figuring out how to repair my fiberglass driftboat and came up with the following solution, it was not too difficult and worked into my own "couple hours a day" schedule. West Marine offers a free brochure on use of their "West System". I imagine FMS and others offer similar. For 2.99 you can get a whole book from West. Glass, epoxy, hardener and a cheap grated roller were all I had to buy. I found the repair process pretty easy with just a few tools: palm sander being the most important.
