Leupold & Stevens
I am considering sending my resume to Leupold & Stevens, a company whose products I have come to trust and rely on. Are there any members who work there or have worked there who could provide me with some insight as to how well they like working there? I would appreciate any comments. If you wish to keep it confidential, please send an email to biederboat@qwest.net.
Thanks,
Biederboat

Re: Leupold & Stevens
I know two guys (friends of friends) that work there. One's and engineer and one's in the sales dept. Both of them love it! Odd thing is, neither of them hunted prior to working there, go figure.

Re: Leupold & Stevens
I had a friend that worked there until he inherited some money. He really enjoyed it there and still visited years after. He was proud of his company!!!

Re: Leupold & Stevens
I have dealt with them for years as a distributor salesman of their products. They have always been a class act. Extremely professional, friendly and the producer of some of the best optics in the marketplace.
In fact, I was talking with a dealer and a consumer yesterday and the dealer and I were both telling the consumer that one just can't go wrong with Leupold. In the rare event they do have a problem product, they bend over backwards to take care of it in a fast, friendly and professional manner.

Re: Leupold & Stevens
Leupold & Stevens is a first class organization. I had a friend who worked in their customer service department and have had the opportunity to meet a number of their engineers. Over the years as a benchrest shooter at Tri-County Gun Club, it was not uncommon for Leupold to send some of their engineers out to our matches so that they could meet and talk with the competitors. In 1995, we held a national points shoot. I think we had the entire engineering staff there for two days. They truly care and listen to what their customers want. They all seem to enjoy their work.

Re: Leupold & Stevens
Thanks to all who replied. If there ever was any doubt, and I'm not sure there really was, I think it's removed. I am also quite pleased with my experience dealing with Leupold as a customer.
