I do not quite understand what zones 1-5 are. Does anyone know if this mean there will be gill nets in the Columbia River Estuary during the end of August and begining of September while we are fishing during Labor Day Holiday weekend that we will have to watch out for?

Zones 1-5 is either Tongue Point or Bouy 10 to Beacon Rock, safe to say the entire river from Bonneville Dam to the mouth.
