Default Salmon fishing around Seattle (First part of Septe

Looking for some help here. My girlfriend is the Maid of Honor in a wedding in Seattle Labor Day weekend. Saturday is booked up with rehearsal, dinner and such but the wedding is Sunday and doesn't start until late in the afternoon (I like 5pm) and with my girlfriend tied up all day with the preparation all day I would rather not spend all day Sunday stuck in the hotel room solo. Why not go fishing...

Any recommendations for a guide that would be fishing within 30 or 40 miles of Seattle?

Thanks for any help,
Chad

The Pinks will be THICK up there that time of year. Head to the Skykomish and forget the guide, just follow the crowds with your pink colored lures and have a ball.

Check out www.piscatorialpursuits.com for an ifish type board for the Puget Sound area.

Check out Brad Shride @ Onco Sportsfishing. He lives on Vashon Island. Or you might put up a post for someone local to take you out. There are plenty of us up here on the Puget Sound who frequent this board and some of us might offer you a ride. I usually fish Buoy 10 area around that time but I might be around here.

You can try Edmonds pier-casting buzzbombs from the pier.,or the Snohomish/Skykomish river system, or the Skagit river . lots of pink salmon will be in the river systems.
