MAny of you emailed me requesting the funny interview I spoke of. I hope you found it as funny as I did. As a Christian, I am not sure I would have used the same analogy, but it is still a very good point. Anyway, I wish I could send all of the animal lovers pics of my 3,4, and 7 year olds holding dead game. Every time I come home with fish or game, my kids are excited to see me and love to hold the stuff. This is what I live for......

My kids that are about the same age love to do the same with grouse. It must be something about the feathers. It has always struck with me that kids really need to touch something for it to be a real concept for them. This kind of free play activity will really help them later in life whether they are hunters then or not.
