Kenai Bank Fishing Closures?

I'm just reading the 2005 Alaska Regs that show a large number of traditional bank fishing areas are now "off-limits" to bank angling from July 1-August 15 to protect the riparian habitat during sockeye season.

Does anyone have any thoughts of good areas in the lower river that are still open?
We're headed up there in the next few days.
