Detroit Lake Question?

I fished at Detroit Lake last year and was quite successful on some nice trout. However, for the life of me, I can't remember how much weight I added to the small Ford Fenders.
(Or if I added any weight at all.(??)

If any one would care to help me out, I know my wife would be very appreciative. (She loves BBQ'd trout!)

We used both 3 oz and 2 oz last week. 3's seem to receive more action. lots of plant-sized rainbows...little else for that day.

I like to use 3oz . Troll between the Island and Mongold park @ aproxamately 30 to 35 pulls.

If you are able to run multipul rods try setting each rod up with a different weight....2 to 4oz.....see witch rod(s) get bit first and change the rods to that weight. You will need to find the depth of the fish first and then
