Finaly got that pistol I've been wanting for a few years :grin:
A Ruger Super Blackhawk 44mag hunter
What scope should I get for it? I was thinking about a Leupold 2x scope. Don't know of many others who make scopes for a pistol.
Gonna put the T/C up and drop a deer with the Ruger now :grin:

I have a Ruger Super Redhawk with the 9.5" brl. and a Leupold 4x silver Goldring handgun scope on it. It shoots great with a rest of shooting sticks. Shooting the 4x scope free hand is just something to try to see if you can do...not try to kill a buck with. I actually shoot this revolver almost as well with open sights as with a scope. Have fun.
Bout time I got it...now what scope?
