I know an awesome diesel mechanic that specializes in Fords and Bullydog systems. I'm going to have him upgrade my 95 next year as well. He's a great guy and I know his family personally. He came out of some great diesel school in Nevada I think at the top of his class. He's young, but he knows his stuff and he's very reasonable and honest. I won't let anyone but him touch my truck. He's located in Greshan. Send me a PM if you want contact info.

Basically I am going to put in new injectors from beans and glow plugs. As far as exhaust, intake and intercooler I can do myself but the injectors might be too much. I don't want to lock up the motor. I also need comp tests done before I spend the money on the upgrades. The stealerships want too much money and don't like putting in other's parts. If you like you can PM me with your special mechanics too.

The injectors should snap in on those I believe. I think the exhaust would be worse

watch around ebay and some Ford diesel websites. People have been known to upgrade their 7.3 turbos an sell the stock turbos cheap . I'll bet you could turbo it for ~1000.00 .
