New Ifish Member Help NE Trask

I have a Cow tag for the NE Trask Unit, and I can not figure out where to hunt.
Stimpson has the largest peace of land and they told me that they have very little elk damage, and they will be only open the 4 th weekend of the hunt.
It is hard to believe that a area as large as Stimpsons would have more of a Elk probems.

The public land that I found did no look to hot, either motor cycles or people walking there dogs.
