My gosh- Dale the owner of Cascade Towing in my buddies neighbor.

I think it was a private bridge, and I think I heard that he was towing a car ...the bridge would have had more weight on it than usual. Could be that's what caused the bridge to collapse. I'm wondering where a bridge was located so that it was 75' above the river? Anybody know?
