Little Fishtrap Salmon

I make a trip over to the west side every August and jig for salmon around Little Fishtrap, which is North of Olympia on the Sound. The problem is, we are always too early or too late. My question is, is there anyone that is intimate with the area and can give a hint to when the chinook peak in that area?
