Re: tuna in depoe bay
Welcome aboard Harbormaster! As WildHawg said, we have been very fortunate with the Depoe Bay Harbor Masters. When we lost Gary, there was some concern about his replacement. Looks like that was misplaced! Many of us use Depoe Bay for our summer forays to Tuna! Thanks for joining us and for making Depoe Bay the port of choice! It is especially nice and helpful to have you on the board too!

Re: tuna in depoe bay
Welcome harbormaster. I have met you a couple times already. Everyone here is right about you being a nice guy. You also have the right attitude for the job and understand what we need. Thanks for leaving the cleaning station and bathrooms unlocked for us this summer. We will take extra care to make sure they stay clean.

Re: tuna in depoe bay
Welcome aboard! It was great meeting you Saturday. Hope you had a wonderful anniversary!
I distinctly heard what sounded like a nasty cold coming on... I hope it gets better by this weekend... but you might have to take a couple of days off - say - around the 4th? to recuperate, doncha know.
Let us know what happens. Maybe we can help you regain your health. A little TUNA! blood soup, warm saltwater bath and screaming reels might just do the trick!

Re: tuna in depoe bay
Hello Phil - Welcome aboard!
Did you get a "his" computer?
I wanted to thank you for helping me out when my trailer lost it's bearings two weeks ago. Everything is now rebuilt better than new.
Hey, Salty Dogs, Phil is a tuna virgin and is hoping to try tuna fishing this year.
Ha, Ha, another lost to the dark side.

Re: tuna in depoe bay
Phil is a great guy. For those of you that don't know, he works his fanny off for those of us that moor there full time, as well as for the trailer sailors.
Too bad the City of Depoe Bay doesn't realize how great of an asset good harbormasters are. Phil is already one of the best in my book. Nice guy, good attitude, works hard, loves to fish...what more could you want?
Welcome aboard Phil. As you know, you're welcome aboard the Sea-J. Just have to figure some time to actually get you out of the harbor!
