Try the Columbia Slough, Back waters of the Columbia River, Sauvie island lakes that is all I can think of.

If you live in the eugene area Fern Ditch is a good place for carp.

I second Fishalots comment. The east side of Sauvie Island lakes out on racetrack have wall to wall carp in them during the late months of spring.......April thru June. Park in Hunt or Stutzer units and walk out over the dike.

sliver, if you ever have a weekend to spare go to the snake river carp are everywhere. i go every year for a week and have a blast. we go to copper field park and stay it has showers and nice camp sites. while your there you can fish in the morning for small mouths when it slows down you can kill as many carp as your heart desires and at night you can fish off of the bridge for nice size cats. it is definatly worth the 6.5 hr trip.
