Halibut that I caught. Red, purple, pink and white potatoes that I grew. Mixed salad greens that I grew. Strawberries that I grew. Turned into fish and chips with a salad and strawberry shortcake that I ate and which made me smile like I haven't in a long, long time. Sometimes the blessings of the Northwest are just overwhelming!
