Got my hands full with 9 puppies. They are at 8 weeks now and fighting over duck wings. The mother is trying to escape. Would like to keep all of them but im starting to get threats from the Mrs. Ill post something in the classified section if anyone is interested. This is the first litter I've raised at MY house, its been interesting.

Oh man.

The reason I haven't written you back is I'm not sure I'm up to the commitment. My lab is 7, and I need to start thinking about another pup, but I know NOTHING about raising or training an upland bird dog.

And I know if I ever come look at them, I'll be taking one home with me.

I'm really really interested, but that is a true life-time commitment and I need to know that I'm ready.
