Decided to make a long weekend trip last weekend a do a little "rock chuck" huntn'.

We found a few hundred, and had a great time also looking at scenery.
We were into a bunch of chucks and just had made one disappear, when I noticed some movement to the right. It looked like a herd of them taken off, but I was wrong. It was a big old muley turning his head behind a rock.

We drove a bit further to get a better look and the picture and checked him out with binocs.
He had 8 eye-gaurds, and had 12 points on one side and 8+ (in the velvet) on the other side. If he keeps growing out the way he's going he should be close to 40"(cowboys's estimation), when he's done.
I have a few more pics, and will post another story of the Huge buck antelope, with picture soon.
I wish the picture was better, but I had the wrong camera for the distance.
Happy Huntn'
