Changing how many days post its showing!

OK,how do I change it to show only the post from the last few days? I change it at the bottom of the page but when I go to another forum and come back it reverts to showing all the post from forever!!!!!

I just logged in as you, and went to the main index.
It showed, in the bottom lower right corner, these pages, showing:
Pages: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 ... 675

Just like mine.

However, I did go to MY HOME and Display preferences, hit edit to the right, and changed your default listing to 60 topics per page. You can adjust that however you like....
