What's the boat traffic like at Bonne?

Thinking about hitting Bonneville Saturday for combo shad/chinook trip. I will probably be putting in at Hamilton Island with the sled. I was just wondering what the boat traffic has been like on the weekends? If I show up at 8:00am I'm I going to find a place to park the trailer or better yet a place to anchor? I'll have 2 small kids and 3 adults in the boat and really don't want to go there if it's a zoo.

I don't know about last weekend, but I was up at bonny on 6/4 from 5 am to 4 pm and the boat traffic was not that heavy, no where near the amount of boats that were out during april. There were quite a few boats up near the shad rack, but the area by hamiton island was pretty light. This likely has changed since the 4th though, especially with the increase in the numbers of chinook this past weekend. Good luck if you do get up there, got to go to my brother's wedding or I would be up there too.

I put in at the Fishery last Saturday. I got there about 8:30 and had to park quite a ways up the road from the launch. The traffic on the river wasn't too bad though, everyone was pretty spread out, some for salmon, lots for sturgeon and some for shad.
