Default Halibut Opener?
Has anyone heard about another "any depth" halibut opener?

Since we essentially "lost" one weekend, I am hoping there is some thought to giving us another shot at the "butts" out of Tillamook.

Last I heard there is still close to 40% left on the quota, & June 30th & July 1st, & 2nd are the next open days, but the state hasn't made the announcement yet.
