Default Hagg Lake???

Taking my two year old to Hagg this evening for some bank fishing. Can anyone give some direction as to where to go and what to use from the bank or dock. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I usually rig up with main line threaded throught a sliding egg sinker (1/4-3/8 oz) and tied to a swivel. Then a 2' leader to a size 10 or 12 egg hook. Poke your hook through half of a miniature marshmallow and put on a couple of Pautzke’s Ball’s of Fire eggs (green top). Cast it out and wait. I’m old school. This has worked for me for 40 years. Never got much into the power bait craze. Can use a bait hook and crawlers also. The marshmallow will float it off the bottom.

Good Luck.

Thanks Shooter. That really is old school. I didnt know that anyone still used that combo. I remember using half a marshmallow and Ball o Fire eggs years ago when I was a kid. I will give it a try. Thanks again.
