I think your talking about the place outside Estacada.
Its in Promotory park which is owned by PGE.
From I-205
Take Exit 12A, head east.
Right on OR 224/212 towards Estacada.
Once in Estacada, continue east past the town following the hwy up and over.
As it winds downhill you'll see a lake, turn into the parking lot and make a left.
Look for a sign that signs Fry Lake or dayuse area.
From there, just following the people, you can't miss it.
