Default Proper smoker temp for fish?

I have a stainless steel smoker I have never used it is one from costco. Can anyone tell me the proper temp for smoking fish the fish I am smoking is a 10 lb rainbow. I am thinking it should be about the same temp for salmon. I have smoked fish before but not with this smoker I have never had a temp gauge before on my smokers.
Thanks in advance Mike

Im not sure on the exact temp, but if you havent already, i suggest running some chips though the smoker without any fish in it to season it first, this way your fish will not taste like stainless steel.

Thank you very much I saved that site. I did season the smoker for one hour. The smoker came with a video but did not talk about fish just meat & poultry. Looks like 200-225 is the ideal temp.
Thanks Mike
