Need a Bond/liability insurance..

I am in the market for contractor liability insurance, and a surety bond.

Bond and insurance must state that my construction contractors business is covered In oregon, Washington and Alaska.

Both must be equal to which ever state has the highest minimum bond/insurance amount to be eligible to work in each state.

Any insuarance people in here qualified to give me a quote?

Just a note, My credit score is low 600's. running a credit check dings me each time. Frankly, my credit is poor. And I am in the middle of financing a new truck, so more and more checks lower the score.
I have a quote in the works but want to give any IFish insurance people a first go at it.

This would not be Ifish source, but Ashton bonding in Portland is who I have my bond with. They offerer the best rate for a $75,000 bond.

Contact Allen aka Softball Dad. He works at Assurety NW and they do that type of work.

I know when you call the CCB and request the forms for a contractors license, several companies will soon send you an offer to provide you your insurance and bonds.

Softball dad has sent me a PM, and I intend to reply when I have time to cover the details. Ive been burning the candle at both ends lately yet somehow managed to squeek in the purchase of a new-to-me F250 4x4 today "during lunch"

Yeah Roy, I expect a barage of solicitations any day now. Called to inquire about renewing my contractors license and got the bad news that I have to take the class all over again. I wonder though, if having insurance and a bond once before will benefit this next go 'round. Ill be talking to you soon. Every day for the next ten or so is booked solid. Man I could use a good nights sleep and for someone to yank this darm modem out of my puter...
