Does anyone have any good recepies for making jerky from elk and/or deer burger?
Looking for some different methods for making jerky.

I have something called Jerky Works that is made for burger. Comes with spices and everything you need to make jerky. Even come with a meat shooter to make flat strips.
Once it's mixed up you can either put in the oven or we use a de-hydrator.

I think we bought ours at Bi Mart or joes.

Myles - So many jerky's so little time. Thanks - I've done one batch and it was good but not the flavor I was looking for. There's got to be a winner in here. Only problem is I'm going to have to kill something real big to try all these out! :shocked:
