Halibut charter? Too early for TUNA! ?

Anyone shed light on the halibut fishing off the Oregon coast? Seen some promising reports. Have a group of people lookin to get into some fish as the daytime activity of a bachelor party. Is halibut fishing looking good? Too early to look at TUNA! I imagine. We'll prolly have around 10-15 people and charter a single boat. Looking to do this on 6/11. Will be coming from the Vancouver/Portland area.
